a little caloric meltdown

In light of my new goals of working out better I thought it was time for another video...

as usual I've been scouring the net for a new workout to change up the routine and I found a good one for ya, it claims to burn 500 calories in just one circuit workout... and I have to say I was spent (I hate... I mean love mountain climbers)

check it out

the best calorie burning workout! try and tell me if you were dying too - if not then I guess I'd better work on that whole endurance thing...

Okay, that looks like a tough workout! I have toyed with adding mountain climbers to my routine, and need to probably mess with them again. They are tough!

I love those cones dips! I've got 4 kids, ya know. Me thinks the cones dips for my tummy will do some strengthening good.

and I'm back again, as Yum Yucky, NOT Yum! Although I will be eating some birthday cake this week. Pray my strength!

Hi Natalie,

That workout looks great - but beyond my 56 years! However, a modified version of some of those moves is in my strength training routine.

You're weight loss since babycakes is great. You're doing a great job, being a mom of young kids. I wish I'd done this when mine were little! Now my baby is 20!

BTW, about having my camera at the park - we were walking, not running! We definitely moved at a slower pace taking pix, but it was such a gorgeous day - had to do it!

Natalie! I posted a response to your comment on the blog as well, but didn't know if you would get it. Yes, definitely you can use cottage cheese for regular cheesecake! Two ways: You can usually find a recipe that calls for ricotta, and you can just sub whipped cottage cheese there. Or, the cheater's/simple snacky version: combine whipped cottage cheese with some sugar free, fat free jello pudding mix in either the vanilla, white chocolate or cheese cake flavors. Add cinnamon, obviously, and sprinkle with some cereal. Ta-dah!

Wow! I am totally impressed that that would be the workout you are considering adding into your routine.

That's one way to mix things up!
