oi!

first off - I have to say I have the best blogging support group - seriously, you guys were just the ticket to help me re-focus... here's the plan. Obviously you can only do so much. And right now moving and my family are putting weight-loss on the back burner..however, health - must always be a focus.

so new goals:
1. pack/organize - it's gotta happen, so I'm working on it - daily
2. sleep - as much as possible, so new goal in bed by 11pm (let's face it I'm gonna be up several times, might as well get what I can)
3. Continue my morning devotionals with the boys (these keep me focused)
and lastly
4. Keep up the service/focus on hubby everyday at least once

food and exercise will have to wait - oh well what can you do?

I really believe when you get overwhelmed you have to re-focus because constant 'failure' in your goals only creates low confidence. Set goals that are reasonable and keep movin forward, don't worry I might be down but not for long :)

Your MENTAL health is just as important. So if that is what you have to do, then I say it's for the best right now. Things will be better, at least you know what you can and can not achieve. That will take some pressure off.

You will be more refreshed and focused when it's time.

I agree! Right now you have a lot going on with the new house and moving and that just takes priority. You gotta do what you gotta do. You have the right idea and that will make you successful in all your goals, rather they be short or long term. Good luck! :-)

Hi Natalie. I think you have other things to deal with right now and need all your energy for that. I'm sure with all the work involved in the move you will lose some weight anyway.

Trying to get enough sleep is probably going to be the most important thing ...

I think setting a goal to be healthy is the best thing you can do for yourself and your family at this point. Keep it up!

I think it's super important to set goals for yourself that are tough but attainable. And it's also vital to take care of your mental health--then you'll be able to focus on your physical health, right?
