Well what can I say... looong day:)
High - Dinner with my family at Ruby River, the kids were pretty good and I loved not having to cook. I had a 6oz steak with salad (oil and vinegar dressing) and only a small piece of bread. I was pretty good - I have to say.
Low - Deffinately being up with my newborn until 2 in the morning... man I can't wait till she is on a schedule - yeesh!
doing good wih this weeks goal - breakfast has been a nice change for someone who used to eat at 12... :) if breakfast makes such a huge difference, I wonder...
